I’m Beverley Acton. I’m an intuitive yet practical coach who helps people develop as leaders, build their careers, and find the work they love.

Working with businesses, I help teams and leaders be the best they can be and support individuals through career change.

I also help individual clients to get unstuck, find more fulfilment in their work and discover the next stage of their careers.

I can help you explore deep-rooted issues and answer big questions, but always in a warm and empathetic way. My coaching sessions open up a safe and supportive space where you can be free to explore what’s really going on and what you need to change.

As well as navigating five career changes myself, I have over a decade of recruitment experience and ten years’ professional coaching experience. You can count on an intuitive understanding of your situation and practical advice to help you reach your goals.

Team coaching homes in on the inner workings of a team and reveals new ways to refine and improve them. Through my coaching, I can help your teams resolve interpersonal conflict, understand roles and responsibilities, design new ways of working and strengthen relationships.

Working closely in partnership, we’ll assess what each team needs before designing a coaching journey to achieve their collective aims.
